Happy Birthday Jacob

You've had a birthday shoot hooray!!!
My baby just turned 4 years old on
March 10th
Wow how time flies.  Wasn't he such a beautiful baby?
We could always get him to laugh & giggle.  He was such a happy baby.
This is how our family looked right before Brittney got married.  Jacob was 5 months old.

Jacob likes any treat that is not chocolate.
Jacob loves adventures.  We are rafting down the Provo River.
Jacob is a very cuddly child.

Jacob loves trucks!!!!

He loves to play with his brothers.
Jacob was an uncle at 18 months.  Here he is with Katie Marie.  They now look like twins and are the same height.
Jacob is such a responsible uncle.  Here he is with Caleb.
He is very good at doing his work,  One of his jobs is doing the trash.
After 7 miscarriages these little boys are my treasures that I didn't think I would ever have.  What joy they have brought into our lives.
Hiking is one of his favorite things to do.  Enjoy every little moment because it goes by way to fast.  We love you Jacob!!!!

A Little Bit of Heaven

Belinda Grace Henderson
has finally arrived
Born this morning at 7:07 am
9lbs. 110z.  20.5 inches long
Have you ever seen anything quite so adorable as those cute chubby cheeks.  She has been storing up food for the winter.  She takes after her mom and big sister who also sleep with their mouth open.
What an incredible experience to see your daughter give birth to such a beautiful baby.  Brittney was amazing.  Her labor started about midnight.  I got a call about 3:45 am and Randy told me they were going to the hospital.  I met them at the hospital about 4:00 am.  Brittney was at a 7  and handling each contraction  beautifully.  She was doing a good job relaxing.  She threw up at about 6:00am and I knew it was close.  She labored in the jacuzzi tub and with the birthing ball trying different positions.  Brittney had Belinda natural without any drugs.  She was at a 10 at about 6:30 am and starting pushing and had her at 7:07 am.  She didn't tear or have an episiotomy.  It was such a beautiful birth.  I could feel heavens angels near and felt the most beautiful exchange between heaven and earth.  I could feel our Savior's love in rich abundance.

Giving birth is a lot of work.  Brittney is going to take time to rest while in the hospital.  She has asked that visitors wait until she is home to come see the baby.  I am a very proud Grandma of three.  This has been an exciting 24 hours in our life with Spencer's mission call and Belinda's birth.

Called to Serve

Up to the Mountains he goes to open his call from the Lord.  We could hardly wait to find out where he was going while he was up there.  It seemed like forever.  I told Benson that he was probably reading the entire packet before he comes back down.  He did read his scriptures and then hike to a nice little spot and sat on a rock while he opened it.  The picture above is a picture of where he will be serving (it is a little ironic that he was in the mountains when he opened his call and he is going to a mountainous area).  Can you guess where?  You may say that looks just like Utah.  I guessed Boise, Idaho and I was the closest.  It is the state directly to the east of Utah.

Colorado, Colorado Springs Mission
Spencer will be leaving May 13th
All the reasons we are excited he is going to Colorado:
1-  He will be oh so close, but yet so far away
2- He will be used to the high altitude
3-  My care packages will probably get there intact
4-  He won't have to get used to any weather changes
5-  He will be able to baptize all those wealthy stars who have homes there
6-  When we go pick him up will be able to go skiing
7-The initials of his mission Colorado, Colorado Springs are the same initials as his name backwards Spencer Charles Craft
8-  Last but not least, we know without any doubt that is where the Lord needs Spencer at this time

Spencer is more than ready to go and will be such a great missionary.  We love him so much and are proud of the life he has lived thus far.  Colorado Springs is a big city.  There will be so  much to do in only two short years.
