I'm going to Maceys

One day in the summer Jacob got up early, got dressed, put his shoes on the wrong feet, and proceeded to walk out the front door.  I asked him where he was going?  He said, "I be right back, I'm going to Maceys".  He walked out into the garage and got on his bike and headed in the direction of Maceys.  I ran to check my wallet to see if my debit card was missing.  This kid was on a mission.  I ran and grabbed my camera after I explained the dangers of bad guys that would get him if he went without an adult.  He understood and was scared into staying home.

It wasn't too long ago that Joshua would escape on a regular basis to different neighbors houses and we never knew where he would end up.  During the time I was planning Brittney's wedding (I had 5 weeks to plan and a 4 month old baby- it was a little crazy) he showed up early one morning at a  neighbors house with no pants on and only a short t-shirt that he was pulling down to cover important parts.  Amy asked "Joshua have you had breakfast?" He responded, "Yeah, I had pizza".  Some mom I was.  Jacob seems a little more reserved than Joshua.  Jacob's personality is a little more like Spencer's.

That is so cute! I'm glad you found your camera with the picture so you could finally share that funny story! I love Jacob. Because he's so reserved, it is so unexpected when he'll do funny things like that! Thanks for sharing!

I love that you're posting so often.
Just send Jacob to run your errands. Think how much time that would save!
